Rotherley
Due to the success of the excavations at Woodcutts, Pitt Rivers decided to excavate another Romano-British settlement at Rotherley, also on the Rushmore estate. This was a small settlement that may have contained a single large roundhouse together with granary structures and at least one corn drier.
