Description
Every Wednesday from 6 October to 24 November, 2010. This eight week course will look at a wide range of aspects of life in the Middle Ages (AD1000 – 1500), for example, the Church, food and drink, housing, trade and the Guilds, sanitation and heraldry, using both historical and archaeological sources.
The lectures will be every Wednesday, 10.30 am to 12.00 noon, in the lecture hall and they will be illustrated with slides and handouts.
