Saturday 29 January - Monday 2 May 2011. A family-friendly exhibition exploring the lives of Romans and Saxons in South Wiltshire. Packed full of artefacts from swords to spindles, grave goods to kitchenware, this is a rare chance to explore these two very different cultures side by side.
Lots of hands-on activities for the whole family, including things to make, games, puzzles, activity sheets and costumes. Fun and creative workshops inspired by the exhibition are being offered at Salisbury Arts Centre 12-14 April 2011. These should be booked with Salisbury Arts Centre.
