Saturday 10 July – Saturday 9 October 2010. Salisbury Museum is 150 years old!  From the scandalous death of millionaire founder William Blackmore to the sleuthing that led to the discovery of the Salisbury Hoard, this exhibition will reveal the story of the Museum’s origins and the untold secrets behind many of the objects on our amazing collections. It will also show how important the support of the local people has been to the continuing survival of the Museum.
The exhibition can be enjoyed by all ages, with plenty to see and do in the galleries and related activities around the Museum.
