Talk by Jacqueline McKinley, Senior Osteoarchaeologist, Wessex Archaeology

Archaeology is about people and discovering how those who were here before us lived and interacted with the world around them. The analysis of human remains can provide key information about our ancestors - what they ate, how long they lived, their state of health, their status and how they died. Jacqueline’s talk will explore this huge subject and how osteoarchaeology can help recover the basic building blocks of information to begin answering these big questions.
