Drinks at 6.30 pm. Talk at 7pm. Peter Oborne is a political journalist, author and commentator who reports for both the British and worldwide press. As the chief political commentator for The Daily Telegraph, Peter writes a weekly column which covers both domestic and international political affairs. Having been the political editor for The Spectator, he still occasionally contributes to the magazine. A keen cricket fan, he is also writing a book about the History of Cricket in Pakistan. Often controversial, Peter will regale us with topical tales of his life, work and political views.
