A lecture by Richard Henry, Wiltshire Finds Liaison Officer. This will focus on recent discoveries from Wiltshire reported to the Portable Antiquities Scheme in the past year looking at finds from Salisbury Museum’s collecting area including recent treasure acquisitions and donations. The talk will also look at archaeological research on a number of the discoveries and future research aims and objectives. This lecture is in the Salisbury Museum Archaeology Lectures (SMAL) series. SMAL lectures are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm from September to April.
